Y’all! This book had me straight up shook. Like, WTF just happened?! WOWWWWWWWW!!!! I went into this thinking it was going to be a light little read, and listen… I was not ready. This book was short, but it did not let up and every page had me locked in. I was flipping like my life depended on it because I just had to see what was going to happen next.

This was my first time reading Octavia Grant, but it will NOT be my last. She had me fully invested, my emotions all over the place, and now I need more. If you’re looking for a fast-paced, drama-filled ride, Work Husband delivers.
